The Value Stream Mapping (VSM) training workshop enables you to capture detailed, step-by-step information about key business processes. With this information, you can identify non-value-added process steps that can be eliminated to make the process more timely and efficient. In addition, Value Stream Maps offer a guide for the future by making it easy to envision improvements to a particular process.

This 2-day training workshop teaches participants how to construct a detailed value stream map, and how to analyze it to identify current opportunities for improvement and innovation. Participants also learn how to plan and construct future value stream maps. 

Who Should Attend: This workshop is ideal for engineers, front line supervisors, service delivery process owners, managers, Lean practitioners, Green Belts and Black Belts. Also for  innovation project managers and team members in charge of operational innovation. Attendees should be familiar with basic Lean principles, but no Six Sigma experience is required.
