The Lean Project Facilitation training workshop demonstrates how to lead successful Lean projects, or "Kaizen events." These short-term projects typically focus on a single process, or even a particular opportunity within the process value stream. By keeping the scope of the project narrow, Kaizen events often return dramatic improvements and innovations within weeks.

This 2-day training workshop provides an understanding of how Lean Kaizen events work, as well as best practices for leading successful events. Participants learn how to select the improvement or innovation opportunity to address, how to prepare for and run the Kaizen event, and how to follow up to sustain the gains.

Lean Kaizen events encourage participation and teamwork from different organizational levels, which gives everyone involved a sense of accomplishment, and increases support for improvement and transformation efforts.
