This seminar was a great eye opener about how to solve complex business problems using a system for innovation. Every organization has problems. But not everyone knows how to solve these problems using creative thinking and innovation. If you have a system for innovation that helps you to get the best ideas from both your own people and outside experts, you are in a position to solve many existing issues, and forsee and prevent future problems. |

I will definitely use techniques from this workshop, like Brainwriting and Challenge. The exercises are simple to show others, but I think they will produce much better ideas. This workshop will help us greatly in improving our existing idea management systems. |

I knew that communication is key to leading people, now I know what to communicate and when. This course demonstrated the importance of having a clear vision for the future before rolling out organizational changes. Also how to communicate the vision and get people behind it. |

This workshop from Innovation 360 showed me that it's not enough to have ideas. Your ideas must add value for your customers and your organization. |

When you are a manager, you get a lot of ideas on how to do things better and make the process world class. Sometimes it's hard to know what to do with them. I can use some tools I learned in the workshop like SCAMPER and Random Stimulus to help me select the best ideas. And also ‘decompose’ the other ideas to see if they can be used. |

Having completed a Masters in Leadership and Change Management I felt that my attendance at the Innovation workshop from 360 added a new skill set to my management tool kit and took them to the next level. innovation is healthcare is not new however the workshop introduced the concept of open innovation and I am excited about introducing this into my organisation. I recommend this workshop to anyone who is ready enter the new change and progression. |
