Creativity is often viewed as a "soft" skill, or a less important capability than right-brain, logical thinking. Yet, knowing how to generate new ideas consistently and solve problems creatively is crucial for organizational innovation and growth. Creativity isn't just relevant; it's essential.

This 1-day training workshop provides an introduction to how the creative process works. Participants will gain a number of proven practical tools to support creativity and innovative problem solving. The workshop also includes individual coaching by the facilitator on how to use creativity techniques in the workplace, individually and when facilitating others.

Participants are encouraged to bring along real-life situations to be addressed by a broad range of practical creative techniques that can be used in the workplace.

Who Should Attend: This seminar is suitable for everyone in the organization, but especially for managers, supervisors, team leads, team members and employees from all divisions. Also Black Belts, Green Belts, Lean facilitators and process owners. Teams are encouraged to attend.
