Consulting Session 2: Completing Your Business Transformation Execution Plan

In between Workshop Two and Workshop Three of the Leading Business Transformation program, participants are asked to use specific tools that will help them execute their business transformation strategy. The Hoshin Policy Deployment tool will determine actions and accountability for making the strategic plan a reality. In addition, a high-level Value Stream Assessment will help the organization identify gaps that can be addressed at the project level.

Innovation 360 will schedule two days on site with each organization to assist with completing these tools, and to finalize the organization’s execution plan for business transformation.
