Consulting Session 1: Completing Your Business Transformation Strategic Plan

Between Workshop One and Workshop Two of the Leading Business Transformation program, participants are asked to use specific tools that will complete the strategy development portion of the business transformation roadmap. These tools include strategy templates, as well as Balanced Scorecards to translate strategic goals into tangible objectives and metrics.

Innovation 360 will schedule two days on site with each organization to assist with completing these tools, and finalizing the organization’s strategy for business transformation.
