Innovation 360's Leading Business Transformation program guides participants through this business transformation roadmap. During three two-day workshops, attendees learn how to assess their organization's readiness for transformation, devise a business transformation strategy, execute the strategy, and lead the transformation. 

In addition to six days of workshops, each participating organization receives four days of in-house consulting from experienced strategic professionals who will help make business transformation a reality in the organization.
