Week One of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt Upgrade program includes a review of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap before delving into advanced statistical tools that enable Black Belts to solve the most difficult business issues. Techniques such as hypothesis testing, variance testing and ANOVA are covered.

In addition, the training includes advanced methods for analyzing process capability and measurement system effectiveness. Change management and team dynamics are also taught to enhance leadership skills.
