and become an Expert and Knowledgeable Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt Upgrade training and certification program produces competent and knowledgeable full-time practitioners, capable of leading large-scale Performance Excellence projects. By leveraging your experience as a Green Belt, you can attain Black Belt-level knowledge and skills as quickly as possible, without compromising understanding or retention. 

The program includes two weeks (10 days) of training. During class, you review the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap (Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control) and learn the most advanced statistical tools and Lean Six Sigma techniques, including measurement system analysis, hypothesis testing, regression and correlation, Design of Experiments (DOE), control charts and more.

Each week of training is scheduled six weeks apart so you can spend time on your Black Belt project and study for exams.

Who Should Attend / Requirements: This program is designed to build on the existing knowledge and skills of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, and Six Sigma Green Belts with sufficient knowledge of Lean principles. Participants do not need a Green Belt certification from Innovation 360 Institute.

Note: Participants will need Minitab statistical software (not included in program price).

• Lead organizational change and use scientific methods to reduce resistance and gain buy-in.

• Contribute to a sustainable infrastructure, metrics and culture of continuous improvement.
